Job Title: Team Lead, Contact Centre

Our team is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our contact centre team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and excellence.

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the contact centre team to ensure achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational excellence.
  • Develop strategies to optimize channel efficiency, improve workflows, and meet organizational objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure professional growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges, gather insights, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
