Job Title: Team Lead, Contact Centre

We are seeking a seasoned contact centre leader to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
