Property Asset Leasing Manager

This is a key position for an experienced Property Leasing Executive/Manager to lead our team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit annual budget forecasts, monthly management reports to track performance, and quarterly business reviews to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with retail concepts and market trends to achieve high occupancy rates and increase rental income.
- Develop property marketing strategies and liaise with agents to secure prime leases.
- Coordinate the preparation of letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and lease documentation in collaboration with solicitors.
- Manage tenant relationships, ensure timely rent payments, and resolve any disputes or issues promptly.
- Submit applications for changes of use and coordinate with authorities on lease-related matters, such as compliance checks and fit-outs.
- Oversee handovers and reinstatements of premises, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Liaise with finance teams on rental billing, deposits, and property tax to optimize cash flow.
- Degree or diploma in real estate or a related field, with a strong focus on property leasing and asset management.
- Qualification to register as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), with at least 3 years of relevant experience in property leasing or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Advanced financial analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work a 5.5-day week, with occasional evening or weekend work required.
