Job Title: Property Asset Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support the leasing team in all aspects of property asset management.">
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of lease documents, tenant communication, and compliance with lease terms and conditions.">
  • Maintain leasing and marketing databases.">
  • Prepare lease documentations and other related documents, track lease status, and maintain tenancy records.">
  • Liaise with various parties on lease-related matters.">
  • Provide support for meetings and preparation of weekly and monthly reports.">
  • Liaise and coordinate with leasing teams and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents.">
  • Monitor lease expirations and renewal opportunities.">
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants.">
  • Track and ensure timely follow-up of financial transactions such as lease payments and refunds.">
  • Record and reconcile audited sales reports and GTO billing.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Building Estate Management or Business Administration.">
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.">
  • Strong written and communication skills.">
  • Ability to thrive under time pressures and work independently.">
  • Good understanding of the real estate industry.">
