Project Manager - Regional Design Leader

This role will oversee the development of design solutions for various projects across different regions. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team in developing project designs that meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure consistent delivery of briefs, master planning, and design.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers to help them grow professionally.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in design management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing design teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, architectural software, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
