Job Description

The Regional Design Associate Director role is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the design team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

  • This includes managing the daily activities of the design team, providing guidance on design solutions, and collaborating with other departments to achieve project goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of design projects within designated timelines and budgets.
  • Design Guidance: Provide expert advice on design solutions, incorporating local market trends, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance design capabilities, improve processes, and drive business growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualifications in architecture, interior design, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
