Compensation and Benefits Specialist

The compensation and benefits specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's rewards strategy is aligned with its overall objectives.

This involves developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness
  • Analyse job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications, and make recommendations for salary offers
  • Support performance appraisal exercises and administer reward distribution
  • Design and implement employee benefits schemes, such as medical and insurance benefits
  • Plan and organise employee wellness and engagement activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the compensation and benefits function
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions, with regional exposure an added advantage.

Fresh HR graduates eager to learn and build a career in Compensation & Benefits / Human Resource are welcome to apply.

Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. IHRP certification advantageous.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge in advanced functions for data management, reporting, and analytics.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trends.

Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.

Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
