Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends. \
  • Design and manage performance-based compensation programs that drive high performance and align employee objectives with business goals. \
  • Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, ensuring support employee wellbeing and organizational value. \
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. \
  • Work with Finance to prepare and manage C&B budgets, including forecasting of salary and benefits expenditures. \
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure employees clearly understand compensation structures, benefits offerings, and associated policies. \
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of C&B programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. \
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. \
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy and goals. \
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting compensation and benefits. \
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures. \
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking initiatives to remain competitive. \
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of compensation and benefits programs. \
  • Analyzing financial data to inform strategic business decisions related to human capital. \
  • Establishing processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. \
  • Budget management, planning, and forecasting related to compensation and benefits. \
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared goals. \
  • Advising leaders on HR-related matters such as talent development and succession planning. \
  • Auditing compensation and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement. \
  • Implementing changes to compensation and benefits programs to meet changing business needs. \
