We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Compensation and Rewards Consultant.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a deep understanding of Total Rewards and its various components. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing compensation data, and designing salary structures.

About the Role:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and industries.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits data, identify trends, and benchmark job evaluations.
  • Salary Structure Design: Design salary structures that meet client needs and stay competitive in the market.
  • Project Management: Grow into a project management role, overseeing consulting projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in compensation rewards consulting.
  • Domain knowledge in Total Rewards, including salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation applications, and incentive pay design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
