Strategist is to help the team and wider business deliver our strategic offering, ensuring that there is a strategic thread from insight to implementation.

As a key member of the strategy team, you will have a perspective on business, brand and customer considerations when defining innovation opportunities.

As a strategist, you will be adept at uncovering insights that have the power to ignite strategic hypothesis and inspire experience ideas.

You will have a view of key drivers of changes spanning notable social, cultural and technological shifts.

You will also have a foundational understanding of research methodologies and how to articulate a piece of strategic thinking.

You enjoy toggling between deductive analysis and making inductive leaps that provoke and progress our thinking as a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design research plans using primary and secondary research methods.
- Conduct customer, stakeholder and expert interviews.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Synthesis research findings into insights that can inform strategy hypotheses.
- Translate insights into strategic hypotheses that can inspire experience ideas.
- Capture analogous adjacent market examples to inspire clients and design teams.
- Support design and innovative user experiences.
- Participate and at times lead client presentations and workshop.
- Support and foster our engagement with clients.
- Contribute to internal thought leadership to support our positioning.
- Contribute to our strategic toolkit.
- Support the Strategy Director and Singapore Principals.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
