We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an active lifestyle advocate. The role involves delivering exceptional service to stakeholders and the community, while embodying integrity, teamwork, and a passion for sports.

Key responsibilities include attending to guest enquiries, handling public feedback, processing refunds, and assisting with daily bookings of facilities. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform daily reconciliations of accounts, ensure compliance with financial standard operating procedures, and enforce swimming pool rules and regulations to guarantee water safety.

The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate strong standards towards customer safety. They will also be able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and be well-organised with the ability to multitask.

Qualifications in Fitness Studies or Sports Management are advantageous, as are valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) credentials. However, applicants with no working experience may also apply.
