Job Summary

Global Schools Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Counsellor to join our team. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will play a critical role in maximizing student enrolments and achieving our student recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize student enrolments to meet student recruitment targets and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Understand the education level, commitments, and motivations of prospective students/parents and provide advice and consultation regarding curriculum.
  • Advising students/parents on curricular choices, as needed, and works with students to understand college admissions for different educational systems, especially aspects unique to them.
  • Understand consumer behavior and the factors affecting buying decisions through regular competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of competitors.
  • Adhere to compliances and processes, while ensuring documentation is properly maintained.
  • Participate in available educational conferences and seminars to obtain knowledge of new competitors' products and new initiatives.
  • Maintain good service relationships with existing parents and establish new contacts/referrals and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in school counselling and understanding of admissions for educational systems.
  • Understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge, and CBSE preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse and demanding parent population.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:30pm

Saturday – 9:00am – 1:00pm
