Admissions Counsellor

Job Description

& Requirement:-
•Maximise student enrolments to meet student recruitment targets and achieve the key performance indicators
•Understand the education level, commitments, and motivations of prospective students/parents and provide advice and consultation regarding curriculum
•Advising Students/ Parents on curricular choices, as needed, and works with students to understand college admissions for different educational systems, especially aspects unique to them
•Understand consumer’s behaviour and the factors affecting buying decisions through regular competitor
•Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of competitors
•Adhere to compliances and processes, while ensuring documentation is properly maintained
•Participate in available educational conferences and seminars to obtain knowledge of new competitors’ product and new initiatives.
•Maintain good service relationship with existing parents and establish new contacts/referrals and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment target
•Develop and maintain good working relationship with various stakeholders
•Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines
•Experience in school counselling and understanding of admissions for educational systems
•Understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge and CBSE preferred but not mandatory
•Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skill
•Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse and demanding parent population
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday – 9:00am – 1:00pm
