Construction Estimator and Cost Controller

The primary objective of this role is to provide detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that the budget is accurately reflected.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough site inspections to gather data and assess project requirements.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, including measurement and pricing for all components.
- Assist in tender submission preparation, focusing on cost control and negotiation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Estimator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with expertise in estimating software.
