Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Outlet Manager Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in management and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of an outlet, including employee selection, development, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies, with a focus on optimizing profits.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
  • Estimate food needs and work with Central Procurement to place orders and schedule delivery.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Develop employees through ongoing feedback, performance expectations, and performance appraisals.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in inventory management and ordering.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
