**Job Description**:
**As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Plan and assign daily workloads to operation employees
- Develop and enforce established policies and procedures
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards - Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe
- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support all operations employees working in the same outlet
- Overseeing admin protocols and ensuring that all data is accurately registered
- Any other duties assigned

**As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- Support and Supervise Outlet operations
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist outlet's management with training and development of team members
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures in the outlet (SOP's, Licenses)
- Provide good customer service for all customers
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
