**Area Supervisor/Outlet Manager**

**Daily Job**

Opening:
Check morning daily report
- 1. Make sure daily outlet staff quantity

2. Ensure Opening noodle, char siew, pork lard(expire date), soup, vege & etc material Opening quantity (Pontian SG Ops report)

3. Ensure all delivery device working as usual

**Must ensure all outlet got send out this report as daily & correctly,
all photo must be clear, all special remark must be specify clearly
(do not copy & paste only)

3pm:
Check afternoon report
- 1. Make sure outlet noodle selling quantity

2. Ensure ordering stock for next day business usage, must make sure order quantity is enough to cover next day usage but won’t over
regulation quantity

3. Ensure during non peak hour all the prepared food ready at counter
below regulation quantity (noodle, wanton, char siew, vege & etc)

**Must ensure all outlet got send out this report as daily & correctly,
all photo must be clear, all special remark must be specify clearly
(do not copy & paste only)

Before 4pm:
1. Ensure all outlet bank in last day sales amount to company account,
and also check the amount bank in is correct

2. All the bank in slip must send out before 4:15pm at separately group

**Please report to Operation Manager if any one of above rules
can’t make it, and need a reasonable explain

Before closing:
1. Ensure daily sales report is correct
(cashier key in sales report in google sheet)

2. Ensure outlet material left quantity
(noodles, wanton, char siew, fishcake, young tao fu & etc)

**Conventional Job**:
1. Replace worker position when some worker on leave,
and also monitoring outlet running status, make sure the
outlet team working environment got team work

2. Ensure all outlet hardware is fully function, and report when
found got malfunction

3. Ensure all staff got follow company SOP to handle selling food and
raw material, especially the hygiene status and maintain it

4. Observe and make sure staff swab test result, staff permit expire date,
NEA cert expire date, outlet SFA license expire date,
fire extinguishers expire date

5. Every week checking outlet petty cash and cashier drawer cash status

6. Handle customer complaint and improve it

7. Every Sunday & every month last day last order 9:00pm for
preparing stock check and fully cleaning outlet
