Job Summary

Operates in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric environment, the Outlet Manager is responsible for cascading and operationalizing the Management’s directives to the outlets.

The Outlet Manager oversees the end-to-end operation of the outlet. He/she is responsible for driving the outlet’s sales performance and service performance. He/she also engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the outlet and oversees the order fulfilment processes for customer in the outlet.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Achieve Sales
- Manage outlet’s sales performance, including sales of musical instrument and courses
- Products demonstration and prospecting
- Involve in events and roadshow
2. Deliver Operation Excellence
- Manage retail administration
- Comply with all standard operation procedures (SOPs) to ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date outlet’s records on daily basis
3. Deliver Service Excellence
- Manage in-store service performance
- Manage resources to ensure smooth running of outlet operation
- Optimise workforce and manage partnership for service excellence
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain internal and external customer relations
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills

- Able to commit weekend(s) and retail hours
- On-the-job training provided
- 16 days Annual Leave per annum

Work Location
- Island wide outlet's location of Cristofori Music Schools (Singapore)
