Job Description

The Outlet Manager Trainee is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an outlet. This includes ensuring cleanliness, adequate staffing, and maintaining a well-organized environment.

Key objectives include:

  • Promoting new menu items and promotions to customers
  • Delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback
  • Preparing reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels

Additional responsibilities include assigning duties, planning staff rosters, and leading teams. The Outlet Manager Trainee must also ensure hygiene, food safety, and consistency in food/service, as well as monitor stock and supplies.

Leading by example, this role demands strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate staff.
