Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Supervise staff, manage outlet operations, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers, handle feedback positively, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory and assist in all outlet duties.
  • Team Support: Support team members and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • No experience required – training provided.
  • Willing to handle hot food/equipment and rotate across all stations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and good customer service mindset.
  • Able to work 6 days a week.
