Talent Development Director

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic development and implementation of human resources initiatives that drive business growth, employee engagement, and cultural excellence. As a seasoned professional with expertise in HR strategy, talent management, learning and development, and employee relations, you will champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with department heads, managers, and employees to understand their needs and concerns.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the organizational culture.
Learning and Development:
  • Identify training needs across departments and develop customized learning programs that enhance skills and performance.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize learning outcomes.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
  • Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs that promote motivation and job satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through open communication, transparency, and regular feedback.
Performance Management and Succession Planning:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability, fairness, and consistency.
  • Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation, benefits, and employee welfare.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.
HR Administration and Systems:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS systems, and reports.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, training hours) to inform business decisions.
