About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Creative Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of pitches and effective winning solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and develop creative solutions that meet their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in events marketing, with a strong background in creative strategy, live events, activations, and design. They will possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will be able to articulate a clear vision and demonstrate a calm and positive attitude under pressure.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading the creative process of allocated projects, maintaining the ability to react to changes throughout the process
• Managing end-to-end the experience journey and storytelling, and being able to sell this internally and externally
• Collaborating with the wider creative team, production, design teams, suppliers, and sister agencies to ensure the project's creative execution is not compromised
• Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders to guide and communicate the ideas driving the solution
• Staying abreast of trends in the marketplace both local and global, supporting the creative capabilities of the company and sharing regularly with the team
