The Creative Lead is the visionary at the head of the creative team and is the key contributor to the creative direction of the VMLY&R brand. You should be a natural, authoritative communicator with an inside line on design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication, and provides thought leadership through his or her writing, blogs and/or speaking engagements. The Creative Lead maintains general oversight on all of the agency’s creative work to ensure quality, accuracy and excellence. Alongside the rest of the VMLY&R Directors, he or she is also responsible for overall strategic leadership and management of VMLY&R

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Proven ability to lead a creative team of art director and copywriters.

2. Great presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with accounts and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

3. Sets the company vision for creative excellence and collaborative engagement with clients and internal project teams and Act as the role model for pioneering spirit in innovation

4. Able to lead the company's largest AOR accounts to ensure the company is achieving potential with creative solutions

5. Maintains general oversight on all the team's creative work to ensure quality, accuracy and excellence

6. Able to present a vision, convince and inspire clients

7. In addition to overseeing the Art Directors, Designers and Writers, you are also responsible for understanding, conceptualizing, and executing both the client based and VMLY&R internal projects

8. Acts as mentor and helps to develop the creative teams’ growth within the company
