As we grow, we are looking for a passionate and visionary Creative & Brand Lead to spearhead our branding and creative direction.

Role Overview

The Creative & Brand Lead will be the guardian of Baker's Brew's brand identity, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across all channels. You will oversee all aspects of creative output — from brand campaigns and visual identity to social media content and storytelling. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, hands-on design ability, and strategic brand thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, visual identity, and creative campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all touchpoints, including packaging, website, social media, events, and offline materials.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.

Content & Social Media

  • Oversee ideation, planning, and execution of social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Drive content strategy to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy that align with brand positioning.

Creative Production

  • Manage in-house and external designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies to deliver creative assets on time.
  • Provide art direction during photoshoots and content production.
  • Ensure all creatives meet brand guidelines and are of top-quality standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with Marketing, Retail, and Product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives.
  • Inspire and mentor a small creative team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Report directly to senior management, providing insights on brand performance and creative strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, creative direction, or content creation (experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital content, and creative work.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with video editing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent eye for design, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to balance hands-on creative execution with strategic thinking.
  • A collaborative leader with strong communication skills and an innovative mindset.
