We are looking for a Creative Lead with a strong agency background to drive CAL’s brand identity and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in creative execution, digital marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative direction for all branding, marketing, and digital content.
- Develop strategic and compelling marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Execute and oversee high-quality visuals, videos, and brand assets across multiple platforms.
- Integrate digital marketing strategies into creative execution, including SEO, SEM, and Meta Ads.
- Collaborate with production team and operation team to create high conversion campaigns.
- Manage and guide designers, interns, and external creative partners.
- Ensure brand consistency and innovation across all creative touchpoints.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a creative agency or in-house role handling fast-paced projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and visually compelling campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Ability to develop creative marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
