The Learning Lab (TLL) is a leading organisation in the private education sector. We recruit talented and dynamic people with a passion for education.

We are currently looking for a Creative Lead for the TLL Group. Reporting to the Senior Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for leading the creative team to produce stunning, clean, and effective designs.

You are an exceptional creative who is fluent in the principles of design, and a pro-active and independent thinker who loves a good challenge. You have a natural eye for design, and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with our target audience. You are a champion for great creative work that represents the brand, and always willing to fight enthusiastically for good branding.

**Job responsibilities**
- Conceptualise ideas, set the creative direction, and manage creative projects to produce stunning visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and overall branding.
- Design and layout digital and physical marketing collaterals, such asDisplay banners
EDMs
Digital activity booklets
Programme brochures
Posters and OOH advertisements
- Work closely with the content development, digital, and events teams to plan and execute the creative pipeline. This includes:EDMs
Display and social media ads
Brand campaigns
Website updates
Events and OOH collaterals
- Work closely with the digital team on the website design and interface to be in-line with the brand’s visual identity.
- Lead the conceptualisation through execution of our video content strategy.
- Lead a small team of creatives, and be fully responsible for the quality and timeliness of the team’s output.
- Work with creative agency for brand campaigns.
- At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent.
- 7 years related experience in print or digital design with 3+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate brand setting.
- Has strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Proven experience in leading a creative team executing marketing/advertising campaigns from developing creative vision to production on time.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, working within tight timelines with a quick turnaround.
- Expert user of the latest Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Plus Points:Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop
Videography and editing skills, via Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Fluency in web design, UI/UX, and Adobe Experience Manager
