Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to fill this challenging role at our Singaporean establishment. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead frontline teams in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Be the brand ambassador, upholding our philosophy and company values by demonstrating exceptional customer service and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Engage with customers through checking on their dining experience, making recommendations, and gathering feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Handle and resolve guest inquiries and feedback promptly, including phone calls and in-restaurant feedback.
  • Initiate and handle post-feedback investigation processes and propose preventive actions.
  • Prepare customer care memos and assist outlets with operation matters as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in F&B, Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Management.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in the F&B or customer service industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to function efficiently in a team setting and independently.
  • Able to resolve customer issues promptly and to satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and listening skills.
  • Meticulous and proactive in performing job duties.
