As a Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling food and beverage orders, serving guests with a smile, and ensuring their needs are met.

  • You will work closely with fellow team members to prepare and set up restaurants for service, guaranteeing all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected before each meal.
  • Assist guests with their requests, provide personalized recommendations, and demonstrate expertise on our menu offerings.
  • Handle restaurant telephone and email inquiries, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
Requirements

We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of Secondary school education, with 'O' Level passes; a Diploma in any field is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in guest-facing roles or hospitality organizations.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A Food Hygiene and Safety certification, and the ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
