Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers' enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback related to General and Life Insurance policies.
  • Deliver a seamless and customer-centric experience across all touchpoints, in line with established service standards.
  • Support the manager by directly handling and resolving escalated customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Contribute to team training and knowledge sharing to maintain high performance and service consistency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain patient and empathetic under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently, with good judgment and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
