About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Of House Manager to join our team at an art gallery in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives, supervisors, and ambassadors to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless visitor experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or a related field, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining work rosters, ensuring staff provide excellent customer service, and performing sales transactions for gallery admission events and programs.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing a team, maintaining standard operating procedures accuracy, and enhancing workflow efficiency. You will be required to maintain knowledge of promotions and policies, as well as perform daily opening and closing of counters, including generating and reconciling daily sales reports.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of executives, supervisors, and ambassadors to provide exceptional customer service
