About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at ECON Healthcare Group. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical services to our residents and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to determine required therapy interventions and develop client-centered treatment plans.
  • Select and implement appropriate outcome measures to evaluate therapy progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to formulate SMART goals and document assessment results, therapy plans, and outcome measures.
  • Modify therapy plans based on client performance, motivation, safety, and therapy outcome measures.
  • Recommend assistive devices and equipment to enhance client mobility and function.
  • Provide client education and empowerment through self-management strategies.
  • Perform clinical administration and operations, including the development of clinical practice guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing education, training, and research activities.
  • Provide clinical supervision and team development for support staff and students.

Resource Management

  • Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Carry out routine disinfection and cleaning of equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Monitor and manage monthly statistics and billing as required.

Clinical Quality and Safety

  • Ensure the delivery of consistent and excellent clinical and service quality to residents and sponsors.
  • Monitor and maintain the clinical quality of all residents, guided by key performance indicators.
  • Co-lead quality improvement projects in the center.
  • Perform peer audits to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
  • Respond to clinical incidents in accordance with organization's incident management guidelines.
  • Monitor team's clinical and non-clinical key performance indicators.
  • Deliver training or in-service to colleagues.

Feedback Management

  • Assist in investigations related to complaints received.
  • Escalate unfavorable and unresolved feedback to the Manager, Rehab.

Other Duties

  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the HOD and Manager, Rehab.
  • Maintain good communication skills with residents and sponsors.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and be fully registered with AHPC, Singapore.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and cultures, maintaining a high level of quality service.
  • Self-motivated to stay up-to-date with advances in the field of physiotherapy.
  • Proficient in neuro and geriatrics rehabilitation preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across Singapore.
