Job Overview

1. Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify necessary therapeutic interventions. Choose suitable and specific assessment tools to measure therapy effectiveness and outcomes. Develop client-focused and measurable objectives in partnership with clients and relevant parties. Record and convey evaluation findings, therapy strategies, objectives, and assessment tools to clients and pertinent stakeholders. Adjust therapy strategies based on client engagement, safety, and collected assessment data while reviewing ongoing care plans. Suggest assistive devices and necessary equipment. Utilize appropriate assessment tools to gauge therapy progress and results. Educate clients by equipping them and their caregivers with strategies to improve health, mobility, and functionality through self-management techniques. Handle clinical administration and operations by creating clinical practice protocols. Engage in ongoing education, training, and research initiatives. Provide mentorship and team development for support personnel and trainees.

2. Resource Oversight

Manage the inventory control process. Perform routine sanitation and maintenance of equipment. Supervise monthly reporting and billing as required.

3. Quality Assurance and Safety

Ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality clinical services to clients and stakeholders. Accountable for the clinical quality of all clients based on established performance indicators. Co-lead quality enhancement initiatives within the facility. Conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to clinical standards. Address clinical incidents in accordance with the organization's incident management protocols. Monitor the team's clinical and operational performance metrics. Provide training or in-service sessions for colleagues.

4. Feedback Management

Assist in investigations related to received complaints. Escalate any unresolved and unfavorable feedback to the Rehabilitation Manager.

5. Additional Responsibilities

Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department and Rehabilitation Manager. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates must hold a recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and be fully registered with the relevant authority. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience is required. Applicants should be capable of effective communication with diverse individuals and cultures, ensuring a high standard of service. Must be self-driven to stay updated with advancements in physiotherapy. Proficiency in neuro and geriatric rehabilitation is preferred. Willingness to travel as necessary. Additional Information Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Skilled in physiotherapy practices and treatments. Knowledgeable in patient transfer techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. Capacity to perform under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
