Job Overview

1. Clinical Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify necessary therapeutic interventions. Choose suitable and specific metrics to assess therapy progress and results. Develop client-focused and measurable objectives in partnership with clients and relevant parties. Record and share assessment findings, therapy strategies, objectives, and evaluation metrics with clients and pertinent stakeholders. Adjust therapy strategies based on client engagement, safety, and collected outcome metrics while reviewing ongoing care plans. Suggest assistive devices and tools as needed. Utilize appropriate evaluation metrics to assess therapy progress and results. Educate clients by equipping them and their caregivers with strategies to improve health, mobility, and functionality through self-management techniques. Manage clinical operations by creating clinical practice protocols. Engage in ongoing education, training, and research initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and students.

2. Resource Oversight

Supervise the inventory management system. Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment. Manage monthly reporting and billing as required.

3. Quality Assurance and Safety

Ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality clinical services to clients and stakeholders. Accountable for the clinical quality of all clients, guided by established performance indicators. Co-lead quality enhancement initiatives within the facility. Conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to clinical standards. Address clinical incidents in accordance with the organization's incident management protocols. Monitor the team's clinical and operational performance indicators. Provide training or in-service sessions for colleagues.

4. Feedback Management

Assist in investigations related to received complaints. Escalate unresolved and unfavorable feedback to the appropriate management.

5. Additional Responsibilities

Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department and management. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Must hold a recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and be fully registered with the relevant regulatory body. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and cultures while maintaining high service standards. Self-driven to stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy. Preferred experience in neuro and geriatric rehabilitation. Willingness to travel as required. Additional Information Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Proficient in physiotherapy practices and treatments. Knowledgeable in patient transfer techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess leadership and organizational abilities. Capable of working under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
