Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Talent Trader Group. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with patients under the supervision of a physiotherapist, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide support in the application of modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Guide and educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care programs, empowering them to take control of their recovery.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of treatment areas and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Monitor and record patient progress, reporting to the supervising physiotherapist to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the delivery of physiotherapy services, upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices.
  • Relevant experience in assisting physiotherapy treatments, showcasing your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, exercise protocols, and modalities, ensuring you can provide high-quality support to patients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
