Aesthetic Sales Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for beauty, wellness, and skincare to leverage their sales expertise and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Promote our services and medical-grade skincare lines through effective communication and consultation skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of non-surgical treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, facials, body contouring).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
  • Confident and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to educate clients and upsell in a consultative manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in aesthetics, nursing, or business is a plus.
