Job Description

The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

This role involves performing a variety of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on treatments and products suitable for clients' skin types and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultations:

  2. Beauty Treatments:
        - Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, body slimming and massages. (depending on your skill set)
        - Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge services.
  3. Product Sales and Advice:
        - Recommend and sell beauty products that enhance the effectiveness of treatments.
        - Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines.
  4. Customer Service:
        - Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied.
        - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Sanitation and Cleanliness:
        - Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
        - Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in both English and a second language to communicate with diverse customers.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing treatments.
  • Hands-on training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our specific techniques and products.
  • Candidates with a beauty training certificate are preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work well in a team and live harmoniously with colleagues.
