About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our regional management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting our brand's international awareness and driving brand expansion by translating insights into actionable strategies, executing high-impact campaigns to ensure that our B2B solutions stand out in competitive markets across Southeast Asia, Japan, and Latin America.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the company's brand development work, including audience engagement, marketing strategies, media relations, digital campaigns, sponsorships, and event management.
- Conduct in-depth market and audience analysis to identify industry trends and consumer needs, optimizing our brand positioning and driving business growth.
- Lead and coordinate localized brand campaigns and communications for target markets (SEA/Japan/LATAM), balancing global strategy with regional nuances.
- Strategize and execute the company's marketing initiatives to support business strategies, market goals, and organizational objectives. Lead brand campaigns from thought leadership (forums, press conferences, etc.) to demand generation (trade shows, exhibitions, etc.).
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to enhance and optimize brand awareness, differentiation, and reputation.
- Partner with the media operations team, product, and sales teams to support marketing communications, develop the company's brand positioning, and marketing plans.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, business management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B marketing or brand management, with proven success in SEA/Japan/LATAM markets.
- Experience navigating diverse business cultures and regulatory environments, with communication channels in target markets.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous as the incumbent will liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work independently, lead teams, and drive projects effectively.
