Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Restaurant Operations Manager

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that meet Michelin-starred standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing warm and attentive table service to guests
  • Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring smooth dining flow
  • Supporting setup and closing of the restaurant (table arrangements, stock checks)
  • Maintaining high service standards in line with Michelin recognition
  • Communicating effectively with team members and kitchen staff for seamless service delivery
  • Handling guest requests politely and resolving concerns as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality roles preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude required
  • Passion for hospitality and desire to grow in a Michelin-starred environment
  • Ability to work split shifts with allowances provided
Benefits

5-day work week

Split shift options available (10:30am – 10:30pm OR 11:30am – 11:30pm with breaks in between)

Salary range: $2,500 - $2,700

Split Shift Allowance: $12/day

OT Pay: 1.5x rate

AWS + Variable Bonus
