Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top talent to drive business success.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source, attract, select, and hire top talent through various channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
