Senior Regional Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Director to spearhead growth, drive operational excellence, and shape regional strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead market expansion and account growth initiatives, identifying and securing opportunities across enterprise, government, and regulated sectors.
  • Oversee P&L management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Build a high-performance sales and technical team, setting clear goals and driving results.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align solution offerings with client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and partner events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and governance requirements.
  • Build strategic alliances with technology vendors and channel partners to scale delivery capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, offering tailored cybersecurity strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or technology.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, scale operations, and deliver double-digit growth.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, partnerships, and go-to-market leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Open to candidates residing in Singapore.
