- The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing Team is looking for someone dedicated to supporting functional team leaders in formulating short
- and long-term strategies for traffic and growth. As a Traffic Growth Strategist, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at boosting platform traffic and overall impact on the top line.- Identify growth opportunities and challenges through data analysis. Maintain a broad view of growth-related topics, staying updated with industry news and trends
- Communicate findings and initiatives to stakeholders, articulating the strategic importance of their work and gaining support
- Collaborate with other functional leads within the Business and Growth team, translating strategies into actionable plans for countries
- Maintaining ongoing reporting and tracking the progress of growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with external partners on strategic partnership projects, driving these projects forward, establishing robust partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's growth strategy

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in a relevant industry, internet or consulting background
- Proven skills in data-driven analysis, presentations, and interpersonal communication
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, social commerce, and related domain preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges
