As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving corporate and individual sales of training courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing plans to meet sales targets and support overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the team to roll out effective digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Create compelling content for social media, emailers, and promotional materials to engage target audiences.
- Design and adapt visual materials (e.g., posters, flyers, graphics) for both online and offline channels.
- Take ownership of the company's digital and social media platforms and ensure consistent, engaging content.
- Engage and respond to customers across all digital channels in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Execute and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase reach, traffic, and engagement.
- Plan and manage e-marketing campaigns that deliver strong results in traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate information, engaging content, and user-friendly navigation.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience is required — candidates with experience in the education or vocational training sector will be given strong preference.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Creative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
