Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead our talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects globally.

This role focuses on designing and launching talent acquisition programs that address critical hiring needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, leading with data and insight, and enhancing the stakeholder experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. They will also have experience with change management and organizational transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in program management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive program decisions
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
