Job Title: Healthcare Strategic Communications Executive/Manager

We are seeking a seasoned communications expert to lead our strategic communications efforts in the healthcare sector.

This role will provide executive-level communications support and guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism, with 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications within the healthcare sector.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
    • Create, edit and oversee content development for organisational initiatives, staff communications and external platforms.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns that highlight achievements, programmes and innovations.
    • Support crisis and issues management.
    • Promote employee engagement through communication plans.
    • Analyse communication outcomes and stakeholder feedback.

The successful candidate will possess excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with attention to detail. They will be able to work collaboratively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
