Strategic Fundraising Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in strategic fundraising. They will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders to secure major gifts for the University's philanthropic efforts.
About the Role- To develop and manage complex relationships with donors and stakeholders to secure major gifts that align with the University's campaign priorities.
- To take a strategic approach to fundraising, leveraging on the University leadership, faculty, and volunteers to advance relationships and gift discussions.
- To lead and facilitate gift structuring to optimise donor's gift purpose and manage the process of closing the gift.
- To cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and major gifts to maximise the University's philanthropic outcomes.
- To leverage on the University's leadership, faculty, and volunteers to advance relationships and gift discussions.

- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Higher Education/Not-For-Profit fundraising with an ability to achieve monthly activity targets as a key metric of performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex and diverse relationships and the proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
