Capital Raising Specialist

We are seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to join our organization in Singapore. This position will play a key leadership role in driving strategic growth through successful fundraising activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital from investors, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead high-impact negotiations.

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth investors.
  • Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor targeting, pitching, structuring, and closing deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing and investor relations activities to enhance the company's profile in the asset management sector.
  • Work closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to structure funds in compliance with regulatory and market requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing fundraising strategies to attract investors.
  • Leading end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor targeting, pitching, structuring, and closing deals.
  • Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing marketing and investor relations activities to enhance the company's profile in the asset management sector.
  • Working closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to structure funds in compliance with regulatory and market requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in fundraising, capital markets, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Proven track record in successful fundraising, preferably in industrial park asset funds or similar real estate/infrastructure funds.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Solid network of institutional and private investors (domestic and international).
  • Fluent in Mandarin (at least conversational).
