Job Description:
• Assist customers with daily bookings of cargo sales on various airline products
• Book capacity with airlines and confirm capacity with customers
• Familiarize yourself with airline product requirements and advise customers accordingly
• Administer cargo bookings, update data accurately, and interface with multiple parties on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipment status, inform customers accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with customers and handle enquiries on time
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service or related field
• Familiar with CCN system and proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Flexible/adaptable to changes, meticulous to details, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to work on shifts and weekends
