Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Management Specialist to join our IT support group. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the reviewing and negotiating of sales & purchase contracts. Your duties will also include managing the issuance of Letters of Credit (LC), following up on shipments with our counterparts, and managing cargo deliveries, documentation, and coordination works.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating sales & purchase contracts.
  • Manage the issuance of LC.
  • Follow up on shipments with our counterparts.
  • Manage cargo deliveries, documentation, and coordination works.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in business, marketing & sales, supply chain or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in international trading documents and familiarity with LC and Incoterms.
  • Pleasant personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Good oral & written communication skills in Mandarin preferred.
