Job Title: Senior End User Computing Engineer
As a senior end user computing engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing comprehensive EUC solutions across diverse devices. This includes designing, migrating, and managing end-user computing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement EUC solutions across various devices, including desktops, laptops, and tablets.
- Migrate existing systems to new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Manage and maintain EUC environments, troubleshooting complex technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for EUC initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, including significant experience in designing and implementing EUC solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, and VDI solutions.
- Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, and thin clients using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), MECM, Altiris, and Mobile Device Management Solutions.
- Experience with endpoint security solutions, encryption technologies, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple devices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
