Job Title: Technical Support Expert for End-User Computing

Description

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to provide end-user computing support to multinational organizations in Singapore. This role involves delivering level 2 support for end-user desktop equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing break-fix and IMAC tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as installing and configuring new hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
